Refund policy

At inamDi, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint. For this reason, we do not accept returns on products once they have been shipped, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. We believe that minimizing unnecessary returns helps reduce the environmental impact caused by transportation and the handling of returned products.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product:  If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at hello@inamdi.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email to help us process your request faster.
  2. Send us photos of the product: We will ask you to send clear images of the damaged product as proof to support your claim.
  3. Return organization: Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product or arrange a pickup if applicable. In some cases, a return may not be required.
  4. Refund or replacement: After we receive and verify the condition of the product or the evidence provided, we will offer you a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference. Please note that refunds or replacements are subject to verification to prevent misuse.
    If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited to your account according to the processing times of your bank or payment method.

Refund Timing:

  • The processing time for refunds varies depending on the bank or payment method used. Generally, refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
